«All for All»: Pashinyan on the Return of Prisoners

The issue of prisoners is a daily focus for the Armenian authorities. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a live broadcast while responding to questions from citizens.

“We have expressed readiness to show flexibility on this issue and to work with Azerbaijan to ensure the return of our prisoners. We have even expressed a willingness to exchange Azerbaijani individuals convicted in Armenia on the basis of the principle ‘all for all’,” emphasized Nikol Pashinyan, adding that more than 100 prisoners have returned to Armenia since 2020.
