Yerevan Discusses Russian Proposal for Meeting with Azerbaijan, Ambassador Says
Mariam Z.
Yerevan is considering the Russian proposal to hold a meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Russia, but no specific agreements have been reached yet. This was stated to Interfax by Vagharshak Harutyunyan, the Armenian ambassador to Russia.
“There are various proposals and discussions, but no concrete agreements have been reached, as difficulties arise due to the work schedule. Therefore, there are no issues; it is simply a technical arrangement. The Armenian side does not reject any proposals, and work is ongoing,” Harutyunyan said in response to the agency's relevant inquiry.
