Medvedev Mocked Zelensky's Words About a New Maidan

The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, has commented on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statements regarding Russia's preparation for an operation to remove him.

“All the cards are mixed up. The plan was revealed. Otherwise, everything was already prepared. The necessary people, tons of weapons, the Russian jokers summoned Nuland (referring to the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State) to bake pastries for the Maidan workers. We will have to adjust the operational preparations,” Medvedev wrote.

The politician added that the chosen name for the operation, “Maidan-3,” indicates that Kyiv acknowledges that the previous two Maidans were state coups and not a legitimate expression of the will of the Ukrainian people.

Earlier, it was reported that Zelensky claimed Russia is preparing “Maidan-3” in Ukraine.
