Video: Pushkin Monument Demolished in Kyiv

The statue of poet Alexander Pushkin has been dismantled in Kyiv. This was reported by the UNIAN news agency. The information was shared by gazeta.ru.

In the circulated footage, the painted statue of the poet is being removed from its pedestal by a crane. On November 8, images of Moscow and St. Petersburg were taken down from the facade of the post office building in Brovary, a town in the Kyiv region. Earlier, the bust of Pushkin located on the grounds of Gymnasium No. 153 had also been dismantled.
