Nikol Pashinyan Will Not Participate in CSTO Meeting

A phone conversation took place between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko at the initiative of the Belarusian side. This was reported by the press service of the Government of Armenia.

Issues related to the organization of the CSTO Collective Security Council meeting scheduled for November 23 in the capital of Belarus, Minsk, were discussed. Pashinyan informed the Belarusian President that he would not be able to attend the meeting and expressed hope that CSTO partners would understand this decision.
