We've Already Run 70 Meters Out of 100: Zelensky's Chief of Staff
Andrey Yermak, the head of Volodymyr Zelensky's office, compared the conflict in Ukraine to a 100-meter race, stating that Kyiv has already covered 70 meters and the hardest part remains ahead. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
“If we compare it to a 100-meter race, I believe we have already run 70 meters. But those last 30 are the hardest,” Yermak said in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Natalia Moseychuk, who previously faced criminal charges in Russia for “inciting hatred or hostility.”
At the same time, Yermak admitted that no one knows exactly when the conflict will end, and that the confrontation could conclude quite unexpectedly.
