Aliyev Proves with Every Step That We Are Right: Artsakh Ombudsman

Aliyev proves with every step that we are right by stating that there is no means to ensure the rights and security of the people of Artsakh under Azerbaijani authority. This was stated by Gegham Stepanyan, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh, on his X (formerly Twitter) microblog.

“We declared that under Azerbaijani authority, in a society fostered by hatred created by Aliyev, there is no means to ensure the rights and security of the people of Artsakh. Aliyev proves with every step that we are right. Toyvo Klaar, Antony Blinken, Russian Foreign Ministry, do you at least understand now?” he wrote.

The Ombudsman also shared a photo depicting the destruction of the monument to Stepan Shahumyan in Stepanakert by Azerbaijan.
