Video: Massive Fire in Southern California Destroys Historic Structure

A massive wooden hangar, located at a former airbase in Orange County, California, was engulfed in flames, according to NBC News. The fire, which broke out on the roof of the building, remains under investigation as to its cause.

Firefighters arriving at the scene decided to let the structure burn due to the risk of collapse.

Notably, the building has been the filming location for famous movies such as "The X-Files," "Austin Powers," "Pearl Harbor," and "Star Trek."
