VIDEO: Streets of Primorye, Russia Gradually Submerged
“Buses are swimming, cars are drowning, and the streets are gradually going underwater. The rains in Primorye have not stopped for two months due to the cyclone,” reports VESTI.
It has been noted that more than 2,000 people in the region are without electricity, emergency rescue operations are ongoing, and schools have transitioned to remote learning.
