Major Traffic Accident in Yerevan: Several Injured
On November 8, at 07:10 AM, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report of a traffic accident near building 72 on Ulnetsu Street in Yerevan, with injuries reported.
A firefighting unit from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was dispatched to the scene.
It was found that vehicles, a "Vaz" (driver: G. A., born in 1958) and a "Nissan Rogue" (driver: M. B.), collided before leaving the roadway and crashing into parked vehicles, including a "Nissan X-Trail" (driver: S. S., born in 1974) and a "Volkswagen".
Rescuers freed G. A. from the wreckage and brought him close to an ambulance, where he was hospitalized. Medical personnel assessed his condition as serious.
The passenger of the "Nissan Rogue", A. M. (born in 1990), was also hospitalized, with doctors evaluating his condition as satisfactory.
Rescuers disconnected the power from the "Vaz" and "Nissan Rogue" vehicles.
