Opportunity for Discounted Auto Insurance for Vehicles Entering from Artsakh

The Bureau of Auto Insurers of Armenia reports that, in light of the significant influx of vehicles without auto insurance from Artsakh due to the forced displacement of its population, it has decided to offer a 50% discount on auto insurance contracts for vehicles entering Armenia from Artsakh. This discount applies to contracts signed online until January 1, 2024.

However, the vehicle must meet the following conditions: it must be registered in Artsakh at the time of signing the insurance contract, must be manufactured no later than 2020, cannot be state or community property, and the ownership rights must be registered in the name of the owner prior to August 1, 2023.
