Mishustin Signs Decree to Open Russian Consulate in Kapan
The Russian government has approved an agreement to open a consulate in Kapan. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to ТАСС.
The consulate will be the second Russian consulate in Armenia, with the first one located in Gyumri.
Earlier, during a question and answer session in the National Assembly, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the Russian side had requested to open a consulate in Kapan, and Armenia has given its approval.
