We Must Negotiate for the Return of Artsakh Residents: Shahramanyan

We need to start discussions regarding the return of Artsakh residents. The determination of Artsakh's future status is also a matter of negotiations. This was announced by the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, who noted that many global centers are interested in this issue, including Azerbaijan, as Baku is accused by the international community of forcibly displacing the population.

“I have ideas on how it should be, so that I, as an Artsakh resident, can return to Artsakh with my family,” Shahramanyan stated.
