I Don't Know Why the Azerbaijanis Haven't Arrested Me, There Were Different Approaches: President of Artsakh

“I don’t know why the Azerbaijanis haven’t arrested me. They showed different approaches to different people,” said Samvel Shahramanyan, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, in an interview with Artsakh Public Radio. He noted that the Minister of Defense of Artsakh, along with his two staff members, had been transported to Armenia by helicopter.

“The entire personnel of the Artsakh Defense Army passed through the checkpoint after the war stopped, and no one was arrested. This occurred as a result of our agreements. Inspections were supposed to be conducted lightly or not at all,” Shahramanyan elaborated.
