It’s Our Turn to Respond to the Latest Peace Agenda Proposals: Mirzoyan

The Armenian authorities have already received the latest proposals from Azerbaijan regarding the peace agenda, and now it is our turn to provide a response. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a question-and-answer session with the government in the National Assembly.

“It is not new that Azerbaijan has sent further proposals regarding the peace treaty. I do not understand why this is circulating in the media again. The Armenian authorities have already received the latest proposals from Azerbaijan regarding the peace agenda for some time, and now it is our turn to provide a response,” said Mirzoyan.

According to the minister, if the Armenian side also receives confirmation from the Azerbaijani leader regarding the upcoming meetings of the two countries' leaders, it would be another step forward.

“In terms of the actual text of the peace treaty, I would like to express cautious optimism once again,” the Armenian Foreign Minister concluded his remarks.
