Telegram Limits Access to Hamas Official Channel

Telegram has restricted access to the official Hamas channel. The channel informed Android users about this, according to TASS.

Now, when attempting to access the Hamas channel from a mobile device, a notification appears stating, “Access to this channel is restricted.” A similar notification also appears when trying to access the channel from an Apple device.

The media clarifies that the channel of Hamas's military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, has also been blocked. Meanwhile, the channel of the movement's spokesperson, Izzat al-Rishq, remains accessible, as do the channels of Hamas allies, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah.
