Arsenyan on the Rejection of His Candidacy for Ambassador in Russia

Gurgen Arsenyan, a member of the "Civil Contract" faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, has confirmed that he was offered the position of ambassador in Russia and that his documents are already in the Russian Federation; however, he has not yet received a response.

At the same time, the parliament member denied reports that Russia had rejected his candidacy for the position of the new ambassador in that country.

"I have no clarification because I do not engage in clarifying misinformation," he said.
