Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds Five Thousand

The death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip has surpassed five thousand, with more than 15 thousand people injured, reported Ashraf al-Qidra, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health.

"The number of victims of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip has reached 5,087, including 2,055 children, 1,119 women, and 217 elderly people. Additionally, 15,273 civilians have been injured to varying degrees," said al-Qidra, whose statement was disseminated by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
