Record Illegal Migration Established in Germany

A new record for illegal migration has been set in Germany, with more than 21,000 illegal immigrants arriving in the country over the past month, according to DW.

21,366 illegal migrants in total within 7.5 years mark the highest monthly figure since February 2016, the onset of the migration crisis. According to police data, this figure is showing a steady increase. From January to September, 92,119 individuals entered Germany illegally.

It is noted that there is a significant risk that, due to the uncontrolled influx of migrants, hundreds of militants from various terrorist groups could enter the country.
