A resident from the third building in the 1st Davtashen district has opened a window and is shouting for help. The individual is requesting citizens to call the Police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and media representatives.

“People, call everyone — 1-02, 1-03, alert, they want to take me,” the resident yells from the window.

Currently, patrol officers are on the scene, and a fire rescue vehicle is also present in the building's yard.
