There are political issues that the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, cannot discuss openly, as they may contain significant risks. He made this statement after a meeting with a group of Artsakh citizens gathered near the Artsakh Representation.

“I met with a group of citizens, and their questions were related to social issues such as job placement and salaries. All questions were answered, as far as our powers allow. Not everything depends on us,” he stated.

Shahramanyan noted that two rooms would be provided in the Artsakh Representation where anyone wishing to do so can come in and register their concerns regarding issues that affect the people of Artsakh.

“Our doors are open to everyone. Whoever is in need can come, and within our capabilities and authorities, we will address your urgent issues. I ask you to be sober and vigilant regarding these matters, as they represent great danger. We should not resort to provocations; this is not characteristic of us. We do not have the right to exhibit such behavior towards one another,” said the President of Artsakh.
