«The Republic of Artsakh is Not Dissolved» Says Shahramanyan

«The Republic of Artsakh is not dissolved». This was stated by the last leader of Karabakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, during a meeting with protesters from Karabakh. “Is there anyone who has seen that document?” he asked.

Shahramanyan assured that he is aware of both the positive and negative aspects of the document. “No document can dissolve a republic created by the people. I will respond to this publicly in the H1 studio. I will address all these issues in the near future,” he said, adding that he issued his decree to halt military operations.

“Let no one doubt this: if we knew we could win in those military operations, we would have gone all the way, we would not have stopped. We saved our boys, we saved the lives of the civilian population. One hour later, the war stopped, otherwise they would have entered the city,” he remarked.
