Israeli Forces Plan to Create 'Hiroshima' in Gaza, but Without Nuclear Weapons - Hersh

Israeli forces intend to carry out an operation in the Gaza Strip that resembles the destruction of the Japanese city of Hiroshima by the U.S., but without the use of nuclear weapons, reports American journalist Seymour Hersh, citing sources.

"The city of Gaza is in the process of becoming Hiroshima, without the application of nuclear weapons," Hersh quotes a source familiar with the Israeli army's plans.

Hersh, referencing information from sources, notes in his column on Substack that Israel will initiate a ground operation in Gaza aimed at eliminating all remaining members of the Palestinian Hamas movement in the city, leaving none alive.

"Netanyahu's plan is for the Israeli army to kill every Hamas member it can find," the journalist added.
