Lebanese Hezbollah Declares October 18 as 'Day of Rage' Against Israel
The Lebanese Hezbollah movement has declared October 18 as a 'Day of Rage' against Israel.
“Let tomorrow be an unprecedented day of rage against the enemy and its crimes, as well as a day against Biden's visit to the Zionist organization for the purpose of covering up and protecting this criminal entity,” the statement reads.
It is noteworthy that Al Arabiya television has reported, citing sources, that the death toll from the attack on a hospital in Gaza has surpassed 800.
The Baptist hospital in Gaza was hit on the evening of October 17. The Israeli military announced that it is investigating the incident and links what happened to an unsuccessful rocket launch by Islamic Jihad.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israeli soldiers did not strike the hospital, and the responsibility for the incident lies with “the barbaric terrorists of the Gaza Strip.”
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas called the attack an “Israeli war crime” and declared a three-day mourning period.
