The Issue of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict is Definitively Closed – Aliyev

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has stated that the issue of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is definitively closed.

"The topic of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is completely closed. This is a great happiness," Aliyev said during a meeting with the public in the Fizuli region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

"By the end of the first phase of the 'Great Return' program, 22,000 people will reside in the Fizuli region, while in Nagorno-Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, a total of 140,000 people will be settled, which is, so to speak, the minimum indicator," he noted.
