And my personal opinion, although I have no right to say this, but breaking the rules, I can say that at this moment he has no rivals in the Russian Federation and cannot have any," Peskov told journalists.

Earlier, the president's press secretary noted that if Putin were to go to vote, no one would be able to compete against him. "Putin has not yet announced that he will run, but if he does, no one will be able to compete against him," Peskov said in September.
