Prosecutor's Office Does Not Launch Case on Samvel Babayan's Direct Negotiation with Baku: Kristine Vardanyan

MP Kristine Vardanyan from the "Armenia" faction writes: "In a report of a crime, Samvel Babayan stated on H1 that he has directly negotiated with Baku. The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia promptly responds to these statements made during the broadcast and initiates criminal proceedings under two articles of the Criminal Code. However, the cases are initiated not for the episode of direct negotiations with Baku, but for accusations made against officials of the Republic of Artsakh during the broadcast.

Today, MP Lilit Galstian has filed a public report regarding the aforementioned individual's direct negotiations with Baku. We shall see how promptly the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia responds to this case."
