I consider that Ruben Vardanyan has been arrested by the "5th column" media. This was stated today by Samvel Babayan, the leader of the Artsakh "United Homeland" party, during a conversation with the media, elaborating:

“When Mr. Babayan went out, you started to drum around the world about how it went, he should have been arrested. After two days of all this brewing, the Azerbaijanis understood that it was possible to arrest him and put on a show. And they did. Before my time, 25 people passed, including the Prosecutor General, generals, headquarters chiefs, brigade commanders, why hasn’t anyone else been arrested, along with me? As soon as you said it, it happened. Then you say, Babayan, it’s your fault, what does Babayan have to do with it, I don’t understand.”
