VIDEO: Who Didn't Stand Up During Avinyan's Entrance

The inauguration ceremony for the newly elected mayor Tigran Avinyan was taking place at the Yerevan City Hall. High-ranking officials of the country were present at the ceremony, including President Vahagn Khachaturyan, who, notably, was the first mayor of Yerevan after Armenia's independence.

As seen in the video, during the entrance of newly elected mayor Tigran Avinyan, the President of the Yerevan Youth Union Sasun Mikayelyan did not stand up.

It should be noted that Tigran Avinyan is the 13th mayor of Yerevan in newly independent Armenia. It was reminded that on October 10, the Yerevan Council elected Tigran Avinyan as the city’s 14th mayor.
