Agreement on Expanding Oil Product Supply Opportunities to Armenia Submitted to the State Duma

The Russian government has submitted an agreement to the State Duma to amend the cooperation agreement between the governments of the Russian Federation and Armenia in the fields of natural gas, oil products, and unprocessed natural diamonds supply. This was reported by TACC.

The document has been published in the electronic database of the lower chamber of parliament. The agreement was signed on June 1, 2023, in Moscow. It allows for the supply of oil pitch without the imposition of export duties on oil bitumen reserves.
