Egypt Calls for Humanitarian Aid to Be Delivered to Gaza from El-Arish Airport

Egypt has called for humanitarian aid to be delivered to the Gaza Strip from El-Arish International Airport in the Sinai Peninsula. This was reported by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"The Arab Republic of Egypt calls on all countries, as well as international and regional organizations that wish to provide humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, to deliver that aid through El-Arish International Airport," the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.

It is important to note that on the morning of October 7, Israel was subjected to an unprecedented rocket attack from the Gaza Strip. According to the Israeli army's press service, extremists launched more than 3,000 rockets. Additionally, dozens of terrorists infiltrated border areas in southern Israel.
