Arayik Harutyunyan Abducted from Stepanakert Cognac Factory, Tatul Hakobyan

Journalist Tatul Hakobyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Yesterday I informed how Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan were abducted and taken to Baku. They were also accompanied by Davit Ishkhanian. Let me add one more detail: After the Russians took Mr. Ghukasyan, Sahakyan, and Ishkhanian out of the Russian base, they went to the house of former Minister of Internal Affairs of Artsakh, Karen Sargsyan, in Stepanakert, from where they were abducted/captured by the Azerbaijani National Security Service (NSS) and taken to Baku."

“As for Arayik Harutyunyan, he was abducted from the Stepanakert Cognac Factory, of which he is one of the shareholders. According to our information, before his detention, Mr. Harutyunyan contacted the Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani NSS and made proposals.

Shortly after, an Azerbaijani NSS special unit stormed the Cognac Factory located on Tumanyan Street and forcibly arrested Harutyunyan and took him to Baku.

P.S. I do not want to provide much information for two reasons: First, it could be detrimental, and second, the information is sometimes inconsistent and contradictory, while the leaders of Artsakh transferred to Armenia are trying to portray themselves as heroes through third parties and attempt to cover up a number of disgraceful acts.”
