If Armenia Rejects Russia's Mediation, Direct Negotiations Between Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia Could Be an Alternative: Aliyev

If Russia's mediation is rejected by Armenia, I believe direct negotiations between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia could be an alternative. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with participants of the 53rd session of the Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of CIS Member States.

“We will analyze any other negotiation platform, taking into account the attitude of the countries offering their mediation services, not towards Azerbaijan but towards the truth and international law,” Aliyev said.
