The Issue of Artsakh to be Discussed in Granada
Mariam Z.
The third summit of the European Political Community will be held in the Spanish city of Granada, with Spain currently holding the presidency of the EU Council until the end of the year.
Leaders from the EU's 27 countries, along with 20 partner and candidate countries, including Ukraine, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Balkan states, and Kosovo, will gather to discuss how to make Europe more resilient, prosperous, and strategic.
For the first time in 19 months, the primary focus of the European summit will not be Ukraine. Aside from issues of expansion, the summit will center on the new migration crisis in the EU and the issue of Artsakh.
