Ukrainian drones attacked infrastructure facilities in three districts of the Kursk region overnight. This was reported by the governor of Kursk, Roman Starovoit.
“Last night, Ukrainian drones targeted infrastructure facilities in the Sudzhansky, Korenevsky, and Glushkovsky districts. There are power outages,” Starovoit mentioned on his Telegram channel.
He added that emergency crews have already begun restoring electricity supply.
In the morning, the governor announced that the border town of Rylsk had been shelled by Ukraine using cluster munitions.
“A woman has sustained moderately severe shrapnel injuries and has been transported to the Rylsk Central Regional Hospital, where she is receiving necessary medical assistance. Homes, buildings, and vehicles in various areas of the town were damaged. Unexploded ordnance has also been discovered, and sappers are working on it,” Starovoit noted.
According to him, they are going door to door to provide assistance to everyone affected, including support for repairing damaged property.
