EU to Provide Armenia with 11 Million Euros for Justice Sector Reforms

The government has been presented with a proposal to approve the signing of a financing agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the European Commission titled "Support for Justice Sector Reforms in Armenia: Phase II." Under this agreement, the European Union will provide budgetary support to the Republic of Armenia amounting to 9 million euros. An additional 2 million euros will be allocated for supplementary support to the program.
The justification states that the aim is to implement mechanisms in the fields of justice and anti-corruption in Armenia that align with international standards.
