Borrell Hopes to Organize Talks Between Pashinyan and Aliyev in Brussels

The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, has expressed hope that talks can be organized between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Brussels.
"I hope it will be possible to arrange meetings in Brussels between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This is necessary to prevent the conflict from escalating. Additionally, political stabilization is needed in Armenia," Borrell told reporters in Granada.
