Former Armenian Minister of Defense Announces Formation of New Political Force in Armenia

Former Armenian Minister of Defense and former Deputy Chief of Staff Arshak Karapetyan has issued a call to Armenians around the world: “We have witnessed dangerous developments around our country and region, the terrible tragedy of Artsakh, which resulted from the cowardice and betrayal of the Armenian authorities. They left the people of Artsakh to the whims of fate, disbanding the Artsakh Defense Army.”
