Operations Launched Against PKK in Turkey Following Terror Attack; 90 Arrested
Turkish security forces have launched operations against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in 18 provinces across the country, resulting in the arrest of 90 suspects. This was reported by Yeni Şafak.
It is noteworthy that earlier, the PKK claimed responsibility for a terrorist attack that occurred in central Ankara. Militants involved in the attack had stolen a vehicle, killed its owner, and then approached the Ministry of Interior building in Turkey.
According to reports, an explosion occurred near the Interior Ministry building in central Ankara.
