Unknown Shooter Fires at Russian-Azerbaijani Joint Patrol in Stepanakert

The Russian peacekeeping forces continue to carry out their missions in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. Ongoing cooperation is maintained with Baku and Stepanakert aimed at preventing bloodshed, ensuring security, and upholding humanitarian rights of the civilian population.

One incident of ceasefire violation has been registered. In Stepanakert, an unknown individual fired from a sniper rifle towards the Russian-Azerbaijani joint patrol, but there were no casualties.

The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent is conducting an investigation regarding this incident in conjunction with representatives from the Azerbaijani side and Karabakh.
