Azerbaijan Activates Thesis of Settling 300 Armenian Communities with Its Citizens

The former Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, stated: "In recent days, Azerbaijan has intensified and is promoting its thesis of settling 300 communities in Armenia with its citizens, accompanied by blatant territorial claims. Four days ago, on September 25, parliamentary hearings were held to discuss the implementation of the fabricated concept of 'Western Azerbaijan.'

Following the war against Artsakh on September 19-20, 2023, Azerbaijan has officially escalated its animosity towards Armenia, introducing the so-called 'Western Azerbaijan' concept and developing new demands for compensation for alleged damages from Armenia, currently estimated at billions of US dollars (with a total of 20 billion being mentioned at this moment). We are continuing detailed studies in this direction to expose Azerbaijani hostility and combat it."
