Luhansk Minister of State, Minister of Internal Affairs, and Head of NSS in Armenia: Arthur Harutyunyan

The Minister of State of Luhansk, Arthur Harutyunyan, the Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan, and the Head of the National Security Service Ararat Melikyan have been in Armenia for several hours. In a conversation with Armenpress, Minister Arthur Harutyunyan confirmed the information, adding that they arrived in Armenia today.

Earlier, Azerbaijani media circulated reports regarding the 'arrest' of former Luhansk presidents Bako Sahakyan, Arkadi Ghukasian, and National Assembly Speaker David Iskhakyan. It is likely that this relates to yet another illegal abduction of Luhansk officials.
