VIDEO: Armen Khachatryan on Baku's 'Black Lists' and Ruben Vardanyan's Arrest

KP member Armen Khachatryan has spoke about the arrest of former Artsakh Minister Ruben Vardanyan.

“We consider Ruben Vardanyan's arrest to be illegal, and any charges brought against him are undoubtedly unlawful. The Republic of Armenia must take all possible measures, including involving international partners, to ensure that Ruben Vardanyan is released from captivity as soon as possible,” he stated.

Addressing the topic of Baku's 'black lists', he noted that he cannot confirm whether such lists exist.
