«As far as I know, none of the former presidents of Artsakh have been arrested yet». This was stated by former Prime Minister Artak Beglaryan in an interview with Azatutyun, during which he has not disclosed his whereabouts.

In response to the outlet's observation that if Azerbaijanis have already entered Stepanakert, they could arrest the former presidents at any moment, Beglaryan replied that such a danger exists, but first the presidents need to be found.

«They may be hiding in different places, they are not necessarily waiting in their homes, they might not be hiding in Stepanakert, who knows, there are over 10,000 apartments in Stepanakert, it’s not that easy to find someone», he noted.
