Spain to Send Humanitarian Aid Considering the Rise in Displaced Persons from Nagorno-Karabakh

Spain is concerned about the increasing number of Armenians forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and will send humanitarian aid. This was announced by Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares.
“We are worried about the growing number of Armenians leaving their homes in Nagorno-Karabakh and the explosion that caused hundreds of casualties. The rights and security of the population, as well as the provision of humanitarian assistance, must be guaranteed,” the minister wrote on the social network ‘X’.
Assistance will be sent from Spain by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation.
