Artsakh Children Will Be Admitted to School Without Any Documents: 100 Families Have Already Applied
We understand that the primary need at this moment is to provide housing, medical assistance, and food for families forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. However, the right to education is also a priority, and we must ensure their continuous education without delay. This was stated today, on September 27, during a press conference by Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan.
'At this time, we already have around 100 citizens applying to schools in various regions. This indicates that when citizens have some clarity regarding their primary needs, they are first and foremost turning to schools, and that is very good. Our schools are prepared for this; we have sent a circular to the schools, providing clear instructions on how to organize the process. I want to inform that there will be no documentation obstacles,' said Andreasyan.
