"Artsakh is the place for me where I can enter whenever I want, and exit whenever I want. You can ask Azerbaijan to publish the videos showing how I left Artsakh," said the former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Samvel Babayan, in an interview with Public Television's "Interview" program, referring to how he safely reached Armenia from Artsakh.

"I got out of the car, greeted the Azerbaijani police officers standing there, walked about 15 meters, greeted another officer standing there, sat back in the car, and drove away. After that, when the car went through the scanners, I sat down and passed through," he elaborated.
