VIDEO: Footage from the Stepanakert Hospital

Footage has circulated online showing the situation at the Stepanakert hospital. It is reported by the Ombudsman of Artsakh that the number of injured from the explosion exceeds 200. The majority of their health conditions are categorized as serious or extremely serious. The medical capabilities of Artsakh are insufficient to save lives.
