VIDEO. Act of Disobedience: Several Streets Blocked in Yerevan

Protests have begun in Yerevan since early morning. Currently, Saryan and Tumanyan streets in the Central administrative district are closed, as well as Rubinyants Street in Kanaker-Zeytun and the Komitas-Gyulbenkyan intersection.

The Red Berets have already started detaining citizens. A large police presence has gathered at Republic Square. The footage has been released by the National Committee and shows the situation at the Komitas-Gyulbenkyan intersection.
