All possible measures are being taken to ensure the transportation of victims by air and land; however, unfortunately, the night and weather conditions make transportation impossible at this time. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.

“Armenian specialists, including burn and resuscitation experts, are in constant communication with their colleagues in Stepanakert. They are providing advisory support for the organization of medical assistance to those injured in the explosion at the fuel depot near the Stepanakert-Askeran highway. Active efforts are underway to organize the transportation of the injured to Armenia by helicopter,” the Ministry of Health's statement said.
